- The 2006 annual's theme was “The Light of a New Day”, when they launched the “Lighting the Path to Hope Annual Campaign” to replenish the reduction in their reserves caused by deficits experienced in recent years as well as updating their logo to be a unified organization. For 2005, the theme was “Giving Inspiration”. At the time, Covenant House Texas was housing many victims of Katrina and they wanted to give hope and light that their life will turn for the better.
