- A master-planned community in Sugar Land held a showcase of custom homes for potential homebuyers and realtors. The theme for the showcase revolved around water, based loosely on The Lost City of Atlantis. All collateral carried this theme, including outdoor billboards, ads, direct mail piece, website and a brochure. To emphasize the theme, wavy, shimmery paper was used to show the main image of the lady being underwater.
